At The Manga Guild, we take pride in delivering authentic and high-quality manga, Blu-rays, and collectibles. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers:

1. Final Sale Policy

  • All purchases made on The Manga Guild are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, duplicate purchase, or dislike of the product.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Refunds or replacements are only available if the product is:

    • Received in a damaged state,

    • Found to be defective, or

    • Incorrectly shipped (wrong item).

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos.

3. Quality Seal Guarantee

  • Each product is shipped with a Manga Guild Quality Seal on its packaging.

  • This seal ensures the product was inspected and approved before leaving our store.

  • If the seal is broken or missing upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (KNET, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, COD) or store credit if customers wants.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened manga, Blu-rays, or art books.

  • Limited/special editions and pre-orders.

  • Any product with a tampered or removed quality seal.

6. How to File a Claim

  1. Contact us within 48 hours.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and the quality seal.

  3. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
